Here are some general house rules for renting a gîte:
- Arrival and Departure:
- Check-in: from 4.00 pm.
- Check-out: before 10.00 am.
- Please let us know if you will be arriving late or leaving early.
- Smoking:
- Smoking is not permitted indoors. Please smoke outside and dispose of cigarettes in the ashtrays provided.

- Maximum occupancy:

- Quiet Hours: Between 10pm and 8am we ask guests to keep the volume low.

- Swimming pool:
- Use the pool at your own risk.
- Children must be under adult supervision at all times.

- Guests are requested to separate their waste and use the recycling bins provided. Waste can be disposed of in the above-ground containers on Rue du Souvenir. When you leave the garden, turn onto Rue du Souvenir; after approximately 250 meters, you will find the waste bins. Paper, plastic, and glass are open bins; for residual waste, you must use the SMD3 pass.

- Please treat the house and its contents with respect. Any damage must be reported immediately.
- It is not allowed to move furniture without permission.

- Please leave the gîte tidy upon departure. If possible, please strip the bedding.
- Guests are responsible for washing dishes and tidying the kitchen before departure.
- Responsibility:
- The owner is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury during your stay. Guests are advised to purchase travel insurance.
